On the afternoon of March 8, 2024, a group of 37 participants of the "Training Course on Epidemic Treatment of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Latin American Countries" came to Guanghua Hospital of our Hospital for exchange and discussion。The course is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the International Business Officer Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce. The participants are medical management and professional and technical personnel from 12 countries, including Brazil and Argentina。Accompanied by the staff of the Foreign Affairs Office/Base Office of our hospital, the trainees visited the acupuncture and moxibustion Department and other TCM specialty departments of the hospital. Ms. Shi Jing, director of the acupuncture and moxibustion Department, introduced the general situation of the acupuncture and moxibustion department and the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases to the guests, and showed the acupuncture and moxibustion operation on the spot, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with the trainees。

After the visit, our hospital held a special lecture for the students and carried out the experience and exchange of TCM external therapy。On behalf of the hospital, Vice President Yuan Zhuojun welcomed the arrival of the "Latin American Countries Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment Epidemic Training Class", and introduced the medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, foreign exchanges and other aspects of our hospital。Wu Ying, deputy director of the Emergency Department, gave a lecture entitled "Application and Research of Yunnan Ethnic Medicine in acute critical Illness"。The TCM special nursing clinic showed the traditional external treatment therapy and technology such as ear acupuncture and scraping for the students。
