Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the national standardized training base for resident doctors of Traditional Chinese medicine and the standardized training base for general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine，According to the requirements of the Notice of the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission Office on carrying out the standardized Training of resident doctors and the training and recruitment of Assistant General Practitioners in Yunnan Province in 2022，It is planned to enroll the standardized training trainees of Chinese medicine inpatient (general practice) physicians in 2022。

I. Training objectives

Chinese medicine residents should have good professional ethics, grasp solid basic theories of Chinese medicine, professional knowledge, clinical skills and necessary Western medicine knowledge and technology, and be able to independently undertake the diagnosis and treatment of common clinical diseases, frequently-onset diseases and some difficult critical diseases。

General practitioners of Chinese medicine should have noble professional ethics and good professional quality at the end of their training, be competent for the medical work of primary medical institutions, and be able to provide comprehensive, coordinated and continuous basic medical and preventive health services to individuals, families and community residents。

(1) Targets of recruitment

Graduates of full-time medical colleges and universities with bachelor's degree or above, or those who have obtained the Doctor Qualification Certificate and need to receive training, who meet the requirements for applying for the TCM Doctor Qualification examination。

1.Ordinary student

① Social recruitment students: refers to medical graduates who have not signed personnel or labor contracts with any unit。During the training period, the Institute and the self-training trainees will sign the corresponding standardized training agreement according to the training years, and the trainees will choose jobs or start businesses independently after the training。

② Assigned trainees by the unit: refers to the staff selected by the entrusted unit to meet the training conditions (including establishment staff, contract staff), the commissioning unit to provide the "consent to send training certificate" (Annex 1), after completion of the commissioned unit to work。During the training, our base signed a tripartite training agreement with the entrusted unit and the trainees, and the agreement was terminated after the training was completed。

2.Professional master degree graduates of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine in 2022 who need to be included in the training (referred to as professional master graduates)。

3.Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2022 free medical graduates assigned to my base by the provincial Graduate Education Office。

(2) Recruitment conditions

Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), enjoy the political rights of citizens, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, have good moral conduct, and have the health conditions to complete the training。Specifically:

1.Current and previous graduates (including free medical graduates) : must obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate at the same time。Those who do not obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate at the time of registration will be disqualified from admission。Students who have graduated for 2 years or more must have a medical practitioner qualification certificate or have passed the medical practitioner qualification examination。

2.Those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctoral degree must obtain a medical practitioner qualification certificate or have passed the medical practitioner qualification examination when applying。

3.Students who have won various awards at provincial level or above will be given priority under the same conditions, and the original and copy will be provided during on-site confirmation。

4.To recruit students, they must have the physical conditions to perform the duties of the training post normally。Students enrolled by society, students assigned by units, and free medical graduates under orders shall be subject to the entry physical examination standards of civil servants;The physical conditions of professional master students refer to the physical examination standards of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine。

5.The recruitment of our base is inclined to fresh undergraduate graduates in Yunnan Province and training objects assigned by grass-roots medical and health institutions in Yunnan Province and below, and priority is given to recruitment under the same conditions。

Four, training years

The training period is usually 3 years。Those who have obtained a professional master's degree or a professional doctor's degree can apply for the reduction of training years，After passing the clinical competency assessment，Receive training at the training base on the principle of "make up for what is lacking"，The duration of master's training is not less than 2 years, and the duration of doctoral training is not less than 1 year;In other cases, the training period shall not be reduced or reduced。If the period of remission is met, the remission shall be carried out on a unit of 1 year。The final training period shall be subject to the announcement of the base。The duration of professional master's degree training is 3 years, which is implemented in accordance with the graduate training program of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine。

5. Registration

General trainees and free medical graduates with order orientation should be combined with online registration and on-site confirmation at the training base.The registration of professional master students shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of the Office of the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission on the Standardized Training of resident Doctors and the training and recruitment of Assistant General Practitioners in Yunnan Province in 2022, which requires unified registration, online improvement of registration information by the trainees at the specified time, and confirmation and verification by the training institutions。

(1) Online registration

4.The registration materials shall be bound in the order of the registration form, the copy of the ID card, the copy of the academic degree certificate, and the copy of the doctor's qualification certificate in the upper and lower left 1/4 place。

5.Training applicants shall provide relevant registration materials as required。The designated personnel of the unit (including the free medical graduates who fulfill the contract) shall also provide the certification materials that the unit agrees to apply for the examination, and the information of the training specialty and the training base hospital shall be consistent with the letter of introduction stamped by the unit。

6.Ordinary students can only apply for the "Traditional Chinese Medicine" specialty of my base。

6. Recruitment assessment

In accordance with the principle of "open and fair, selective admission, two-way selection", the training students are selected。

(1) Ordinary students: The recruitment assessment consists of professional knowledge written test and comprehensive quality interview。

1.Assessment time: July 5-7, 2022。

2.Assessment method: After the written test of professional knowledge, according to the written test score from high to low order, the top 50 candidates (according to the number of ordinary recruitment plan) enter the interview;If less than 50 people take the written test, all will enter the interview。

After the interview, according to the comprehensive score (professional written test accounted for 60%, comprehensive quality interview accounted for 40%) from high to low ranking, to determine the candidates to be admitted。In case of the same comprehensive performance, our base will give priority to recruitment under the same conditions in accordance with the relevant requirements of "(2) Recruitment Conditions" in "III. Recruitment Objects and Conditions" of this recruitment Memorandum。The students to be admitted shall undergo physical examination within the prescribed time, and the admission list will be announced by our base after passing the physical examination。

(2) Students applying for the reduction of training years: Students who meet the conditions of the reduction of training years to be admitted, after applying for the reduction of personal knowledge, on the basis of the written test of professional knowledge and the comprehensive quality interview, after the normal training of our base, the assessment of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical skills assessment。The score of the two additional test subjects is ≥80 points to achieve the reduction condition。Exam waiver time will be announced further。

(3) Direct admission of free medical graduates after they meet the registration conditions, pass the examination and pass the physical examination。

(4) The professional master's degree students who need to be included in the training for the 2022 degree will be directly admitted if they meet the registration requirements。

Vii. Admission operation and filing

(1) The training objects who meet the requirements for reduction of training years fill in the Application Form for reduction of standardized Training Years of Resident Doctors in Yunnan Province (downloaded on the provincial graduation platform, in duplicate) and report to the training base for review and determination according to relevant regulations。The training base will submit the approved application form to the provincial Doctor's Association/Provincial Chinese Medicine Association for review and approval, one copy to the provincial Graduate Education Office for the record, and one copy of the training base for future reference。

(2) Before 18:00 on July 29, our base will complete the admission operation for new recruits and professional master students on the provincial graduation platform。

(3) From July 25 to 28, the Provincial Graduate Education Office will transfer enrollment of applicants who have not been admitted within the remaining quota of the enrollment plan. For details, please pay attention to the transfer enrollment announcement issued by the provincial Graduate education platform。

(4) Before August 10, our base will enroll students information report to the provincial Doctors Association/Provincial Chinese Medicine society。

(5) Before 18:00 on August 31, our base will complete the registration confirmation operation for newly recruited personnel and professional master students on the provincial graduation platform。

8. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control

Applicants must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when they arrive in Kunming, and staff in medium-high risk areas and areas with the "*" number of the communication big data travel card must strictly comply with the latest epidemic classification and control requirements of Kunming City。On-site confirmation should take the initiative to show the "Yunnan health code", "travel card", and provide the nucleic acid test report within 24 hours after entering Kunming (negative)。In addition, those who have a history of travel abroad within 14 days prior to the on-site confirmation, or have a history of close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or an asymptomatic infected person are not allowed to take the exam。

When participating in the recruitment assessment, you should enter the entrance with the "Yunnan Health Code" (green code), wear a disposable medical surgical mask throughout the exam, and actively cooperate with the base to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control。

In order to reduce personnel turnover during the epidemic and facilitate candidates to participate in the recruitment exam, the on-site confirmation, examination and physical examination of the recruitment are arranged within 1 week。The enrollment may be postponed due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. If there is any delay, a notice will be issued through the "Teaching Work" column on the official website of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine。

Due to the needs of the epidemic prevention and control situation, different localities have formulated different prevention and control measures, and candidates are required to strictly abide by local regulations。Candidates are requested to fill in or declare the relevant information truthfully. Those who conceal or lie about the key information of epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, health status, and do not cooperate with the staff for epidemic prevention testing, inquiry, investigation, or referral will be dealt with according to law and regulations。

Ix. Training management and treatment

The training time of Class 2022 trainees will be calculated from September 1, 2022, and trainees will enter the training base before September 1。In accordance with the relevant requirements of the National Health and Health Commission, Yunnan Provincial Health and Health Commission, Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, training implementation, training assessment, security measures and other organization and management, our base to recruit students and units assigned students to issue national and provincial subsidy funds。Students who pass the completion assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors.。

(1) The Institute does not provide accommodation for trainees。

(2) Social recruitment of students: during the prescribed training period，The labor dispatch unit entrusted by our base to purchase social insurance (five insurances and one fund) and give 400 yuan/month accommodation subsidy;After the second year of the first phase，The training base shall give the hospital a subsidy of 300 yuan/month;Enter the second phase of specialist training，The training department shall approve and issue certain performance rewards according to their workload。

(3) The unit assigned students: the appointing unit is responsible for the treatment security, salary and five insurances and one fund during the training period。

(4) The daily management and treatment of professional master's students shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of full-time graduate students。

10. Relevant requirements

(1) In accordance with relevant regulations，Training applicants who practice fraud in the training and recruitment work，Cancel the qualification of this registration and admission;For those who do not register as required after admission or quit or terminate the training after registration and signing the training agreement (including those in training to participate in full-time postgraduate education)，You are not allowed to apply for residential training within 3 years from the end of the training，In addition to full refund of the related fees already enjoyed，In addition, 50% of the above expenses should be used as liquidated damages。

(b) Training applicants should confirm the reported volunteer and ensure that there is no record of withdrawal or termination of training, and pay attention to the news and announcements issued by the training base, obey the recruitment arrangement of the training base, strictly abide by the provisions of epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job of personal protection。Those who are absent from the relevant audit, examination, interview, registration and other links without reason during the recruitment process will be considered as giving up voluntarily for personal reasons, and bear the relevant responsibility and consequences。

(3) If the relevant policies of the state or Yunnan Province for standardized training management of resident doctors are adjusted after the trainee is enrolled, the trainee and the entrusting unit shall obey the new regulations or policies。
